Pro Nova Tech RMMS
Secure remote monitoring & management for Windows desktops and servers. Direct LAN connections when you're on-site, encrypted relay everywhere else.
Why PNT RMMS?
Secure Remote Access
WebRTC peer-to-peer with PNT-hosted STUN, falling back to TLS-encrypted relay so connections succeed even through restrictive firewalls.
Real-Time Monitoring
Track device health, hardware inventory, online status, and per-session bandwidth across your fleet from a single browser dashboard.
Multi-Company Management
Organize devices by company, location, and group. Per-company role-based access (Owner / Member / Viewer), invitations, and Stripe-powered billing built in.
How It Works
Install
Download the signed RMMS client and run the installer on each Windows device or server you want to manage.
Activate
Sign in from the on-device Agent. The device registers under your company and consumes one seat from your subscription.
Connect
From any browser, open the device and you're in — direct via your LAN when possible, relayed when not. All sessions are logged.
What you can do in a session
- View and control the remote screen — multi-monitor displays are captured together
- Two-way file transfer (up to 500 MB per file, 5 concurrent)
- Two-way clipboard synchronization
- Print redirection — send remote print jobs to your local printer
- In-session chat window
- Auto-connect or per-session approval mode (toggle in the Agent)
Built for IT teams
- Windows 10, 11, and Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025
- Cross-session input forwarding (login screen, locked workstation, UAC prompts)
- Per-device hardware inventory + weekly health report by email
- Per-session bandwidth telemetry — see when you saved relay traffic via direct LAN
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) for portal accounts
- Code-signed installer; DPAPI-encrypted local device tokens
Headless servers — what works today
PNT RMMS does not yet ship a virtual display driver. On a server with no monitor connected, the OS doesn't render a frame and there's nothing for us to capture. A standalone PNT virtual display driver is in development and will ship in a future release.
In the meantime, headless Windows servers can work as long as a session can render — typically by enabling the two installer toggles ("Allow remote input through UAC consent prompts" and "Skip Ctrl+Alt+Del at sign-in") and keeping a console session active. Field-tested on Windows Server 2022 (PNT-DT-1) where login post-reboot works reliably with both toggles enabled.
For businesses
- Per-device licensing (1–1000 devices per subscription)
- Multi-company portal — manage clients separately, with their own owners, members, and viewers
- Internal helpdesk ticket system
- Subscription resilience — short billing lapses don't force you to re-activate every device on renewal
- Stripe-powered billing with per-seat pricing
